We Work on All Four.
Every roof type needs different chemistry and pressure. Wrong product on rubber strips it. Wrong pressure on fiberglass dulls it. We use the right tools for each.
Rubber / EPDM
Most common on travel trailers. Oxidizes into chalky white powder. Needs gentle surfactants + UV seal — never harsh chemicals.
Fiberglass
Found on Class A and high-end 5th wheels. Polishes back to gloss. Pairs perfectly with ceramic for long-term protection.
Aluminum
Older Airstreams and vintage rigs. Oxidation can be cut and polished. Sealant slows recurrence.
TPO
Single-ply thermoplastic membrane. Common on newer fifth wheels. Cleans with TPO-safe agents only.

Walk the roof. Identify roof type, sealant condition, and any soft spots. Pre-treat mildew and oxidation.
Roof-Safe Wash
Soft-bristle brush + roof-safe chemistry. Hand-agitated panel by panel. Low-pressure rinse only.
Seal & Protect
UV-protectant treatment for rubber/EPDM, ceramic seal for fiberglass/aluminum. Slows future damage.
Streak Cleanup
Side-panel black streak removal where roof runoff has stained the sides. Final inspection report sent to you.
