Vinyl that's stretched instead of heat-formed lifts at the edges within months. Paint that isn't decontaminated first traps grime under the film. Both are avoidable with the right process.
Heat-Formed, Not Stretched
Every edge, curve, and recessed panel is heat-formed into place with a hand-held heat gun so the vinyl conforms to the body line instead of pulling taut and lifting later. Paint gets a full decontamination wash before a single sheet of vinyl goes down, so the adhesive bonds to clean paint rather than sealing in road grime, tar, or wax residue. How much does a vinyl wrap cost?
It's a custom quote. Vehicle size, vinyl grade, and how much of the vehicle is covered (full wrap vs. partial/accent) all change the price — there isn't a single flat rate that fits every project.
Does a wrap damage the factory paint?
No. A properly installed, properly removed wrap protects the paint underneath from UV exposure and is fully reversible — the factory clear coat stays intact.
Do I need paint correction before wrapping?
If the paint has visible swirls, haze, or contamination, we recommend correcting it first. Wrapping over defects doesn't hide them the way ceramic coating can — the vinyl follows the surface underneath.
How long does a vinyl wrap last?
Quality vinyl wraps installed with proper prep and heat-forming typically hold up for years of daily driving, though exact longevity depends on vinyl grade, garage vs. outdoor storage, and wash habits.
